Dr. DeMoncheri Harris (Dena) is a Health Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the founder and CEO of The Black-Orchid Publishing Co., a woman-minority owned company. She is passionate about helping and motivating individuals from all walks of life, especially African American women within the public health environment.
Dr. Harris is a graduate of Capella University with a doctoral degree in Human Services. She is also an alumna of Bethune-Cookman University & Trinity Washington University. In addition to her commitment to public health service, she also enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
